Intermittent Fasting End-Time Planner
Pick a fasting plan (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or custom hours), enter when your fast starts, and see when the fast ends plus how many hours you eat versus fast. It does not track live progress or send reminders.
How to use
Choose Fasting plan, set Start time, and read Fasting ends, eating window hours, and fasting hours. For custom, enter fasting hours (up to 23).
Example
16:8 plan with fast starting at 20:00: fasting ends at 12:00 next day, 16 fasting hours and 8 eating hours.
