Intermittent Fasting: When Can You Eat Again?

Pick a daily fasting split (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or OMAD at 23:1) and enter the time you finished your last meal. The page treats that moment as the start of the fast, shows how many hours you fast and eat, and the clock time when you can eat again. Schedule planning only, not medical advice. For a fast that starts at a chosen time (not tied to last meal) or custom hour counts, use Calctivo’s fasting timer instead.

How to use

Choose Fasting method, then Last meal time. Results: Next meal time (last meal plus fasting hours), Fasting start time (same as last meal), Fasting duration, and Eating window (24 minus fasting hours). Example with 16:8 and last meal 20:00: fast 16 hours, eat 8 hours, next meal about 12:00 next day.

Example

You finish dinner at 19:30 and select 18:6. Fasting runs 18 hours with a 6-hour eating window; next meal shows around 13:30 the following day if you count from 19:30.

Tips

This page does not count down in real time. Water and plain tea or coffee are common during fasts, but protocols differ. Pregnant people, anyone with a history of eating disorders, or those on food-dependent medication should speak with a clinician before changing meal timing.
